Ninghang highway(G25)opened to traffic in 2003,under the combination of vehicle load and environment factors,Rutting,transverse crack,net-shaped crack,longitudinal crack,pits and other distress types are commonly found in the road.And pavement rutting has been determined to be the key problem needed to solve in current stage for Ninghang highway.In recent years,milling and repainting is the mainly maintenance measure to keep the road overall service quality in a relatively good level.But due to the constant growth of the traffic flow,heavy-loaded,overload,high temperature and rainy season,the road will has different degree of pavement pavement diseases which occured at a constant period;Besides,Pavement materials has been aging seriously,the usage function of the road is gradually reduced.On the basis of summarizing a large number of relevant literature and research results,the Ninghang highway hub(GuiZhuang K2083 + 274?Su zhejiang provincial boundary K2190 + 336)pavement management system has been analyzed.Including Ninghang highway traffic volume and axle load characteristic.Understanding the actual using condition of Ninghang highway asphalt pavement.The effection of traffic axial load to the properties of Ninghang highway asphalt pavement is realized and the maintenance decision-making basis is put forward too.Firstly,according to the pavement management system(PMS)data,Analyzing the first phase of Ninghang highway two-way traffic volume data,combined with the traffic composition and traffic survey.Then making a summing up of axle load condition.Then,focusing on the calendar year in Ninghang highway road test data,the road surface roughness,rut,breakage and deflection performance situation are understood,in accordance with the pavement detection data,taking advantage of right assessment model to predict the roughness,rut,and deflection performance of Ninghang highway.Finally,based on the evaluation of materials used in pavement,establishing maintenance decision basis for Ninghang first phase of the highway pavement.
