The power industry is an important supporting force for the industrialization and modernization of our country,and has an important strategic position.With the rapid development of China's national economy,the society increase the demand for electricity.The rising power demand for electricity make a test of the capacity of grid capacity and transmission.To ensure the continued and stable supply of electricity,China's power industry vigorously promote the upgrading and expansion of power grid.In the process,many new power transmission projects are constructed.The power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of investment amount,large resource demand,capital risk and long investment recovery period,it has certain investment risk.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the decision-making of project.Project pre-assessment is the initial stage of project decision-making,occupies an important position in the project investment analysis and decision-making process.Scientific and accurate pre-assessment can provide the correct guidelines to the follow-up work.Therefore,it is of great significance to pre-evaluate the power transmission project and ensure the scientific and rationality of decision-making of power transmission and transformation project.This paper makes a pre-evaluation study on the Yahe 220 kV power transmission and transformation project.This paper first evaluates the background and significance of the paper,and summarizes the research status of the project pre-evaluation at home and abroad.Then,the pre-evaluation theory of the power grid construction project is carried out,which concludes the theory of project pre-assessment,the pre-evaluation theory and evaluation method of power grid construction project.Then,it summarizes the project of Yahe 220 kV power transmission and transformation,introduces the basic situation of the project and the necessity of construction.Combined with the principle of selection of pre-assessment index system,the evaluation index system of Yahe 220 kV power transmission project is established from three aspects: project economy,technical and environmental protection.Finally,this paper evaluates the Yahe 220 kV power transmission and transformation project.In the process of preassessment,the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the index at all levels,and the actual situation of the project is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the single factor membership degree of each level index,and finally the overall evaluation of Yahe 220 kV power transmission project is carried out.t.Empirical analysis shows that,Yahe 220 kV power transmission project have reached the power project construction requirements in economic feasibility,technical feasibility,environmental feasibility,etc.According to this article,we can prove that the method of AHPfuzzy comprehensive evaluation can carry out an effective systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project,and lay a certain foundation for making the correct decision of the investment maker.
