With the rapid development of the river transport,the oil spill is becoming one of the most important pollutant of the river.Once oil spills in river,drinking water,environment and economy of the coastal areas would be seriously damaged.Therefore,it is of great importance for the timely detection,identification and cleanup of the oil spill.Based on the characteristics of river and the feature of the river and feature of oil spill on river,the image of the camera was detected by oil spill information.Alarming to make the monitoring persons handle oil spill accidents in emergency if the suspected oil spill happened.At the same time,an online monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology is designed.It integrates the advantages of ZigBee Ad hoc network and low power consumption,realizes the real-time monitoring of gas pressure in the oil field,besides,gives the experimental results of the sensor nodes finally.The main research work includes:(1)Select in the high definition web camera to monitor the water surface.Then pretreating the oil spill image,comparing the different filtering methods and sizes of the filter after graying image.Besides,adopting the median filter which is the best filtering effect for image filtering.(2)Comparing several common image segmentation algorithms.Using segmentation method bases on the combination of threshold segmentation and maximum information entropy,this makes the segmentation result ideal and makes the segmentation area more accuracy and have strong anti-noise ability.By using mathematical morphology,the segmentation of the image is performed to eliminate the isolated point,to optimize the edge of the object and to make the area connected.Finally extracting the suspected oil spill area edge.(3)Adopting the method of gray level co-occurrence matrix to extract the features of suspected oil spill area,analyzing and determining the use of five texture volumes which are energy,entropy,contrast,homogeneity and diversity to recognize the existence of the phenomenon of oil spill.At the same time,the accuracy and calculation speed of the texture description is coordinated by simulation,and basing on MATLAB and C#mixed programming technology to prepare the oil spill detection system.(4)Intercepting and recovering the oil pollution of the oil spill area by using the oil fence.And according to the overall structure of the system,designing the inflatable booms monitoring system based on ZigBee technology.Besides,by the design of ZigBee PRO protocol stack program,building a wireless network,then sensor nodes,router nodes and coordinator nodes join the network to realize data acquisition and transmission function.Finally the coordinato processes and integrates the data,and sent the data to the center computer through the serial port.
