In daily production and life,the vibration phenomena in machinery equipment operation is inevitable.Machinery vibrations cause fatigue and loss,increase energy expenditure,reduced accuracy and precision instruments,machine tools,along with the noise and vibration generated by sound will cause pollution.Vibration monitoring and analysis technology is a new generation of computer technology,electronic technology and mechanical dynamics.With the rapid development of science and technology,people of various types of machinery running speed,work ability,working life and other requirements are getting higher and higher.Vibration monitoring and analysis methods are also playing an increasingly important role in the field of mechanical operation monitoring,fault diagnosis and diagnosis,noise control and other fields,it attracts more and more attention from domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Order analysis technology plays an important role in vibration signal analysis,fault diagnosis and diagnosis of rotating machinery.Vibration signals can be divided into two categories,namely,stationary signals and non-stationary signals.These two types of signals contain a number of important feature information that can reflect the working process and state of the rotating machinery.The effective use of these characteristic information plays an important role in the monitoring and diagnosis of rotating machinery and equipment.The extraction and analysis of the characteristic information of the stationary vibration signal,the traditional Fourier analysis method is enough,However,the Fourier analysis method is used to analyze the non-stationary vibration signals generated during the acceleration and deceleration of the rotating machinery and equipment,it will be "frequency ambiguity" phenomenon,the order analysis technologies emerge a good solution to this problem.This paper mainly focuses on this new vibration signal analysis technology of rotating machinery.Firstly,the vibration sampling and analysis techniques such as signal sampling principle,time domain analysis,Fourier transform principle,order analysis method and speed acquisition algorithm are introduced.Then the composition of the hardware vibration testing system vibration sensor,speed sensor,a stepping motor operating principle and technical specifications are introduced.On the basis of the above,integrated signal conditioner,CA-YD-186 piezoelectric acceleration sensor,speed sensor and motor drive and other hardware equipment,using Visual C ++ computer software platform to prepare a test analysis software,the development of a set of hardware and software combined with the vibration and noise measurement and analysis system.The system can realize single channel,multi-channel data acquisition and analysis,data storage and time domain analysis,and the system has the functions of parameter setting,data acquisition,time domain display,frequency domain analysis,data storage,order analysis and so on.In order to verify the correctness of the system function,the system verification experiment and the engine vibration test experiment are carried out.The test experiment proves that the functions of the system meet the predetermined requirements and have practical value.The development of such a vibration testing and analysis system,both economically and technically,has a positive practical significance. |
