Vibration signal is widely used in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering structure, mechanical components due to earthquake, blasting shock or run with the device itself, the dynamic characteristics of high speed case, as well as the structure, mechanical component of health monitoring.Factors influencing the accuracy of vibration signal acquisition includes acquisition methods, sampling frequency and quantitative accuracy.Due to the related acquisition equipment research and development and the improvement of technology,using high quality acquisition instrument, reasonable acquisition setup, will largely improve the vibration signal acquisition.However,acquisition by environment in the process, equipment, and the influence of such factors as especially when the circuit is complex and the combination of multiple devices, signal data is often associated with large amplitude disturbance, collected data is actually superposition of interference signals and real signals.This is not what we want to see, but unable to avoid.The direct use of these data can’t analysis the physical properties of unit under test accuratly.So processing before the analysis is particularly important.Through calibration, data trends, filtering de-noising,time windowing, etc, we can obtain ideal data that valuable.This article is based on the Labview programming language,operiting in the structure of producer-consumer and standard state.Through the pretreatment in time-domain to eliminate noise that mix in measured vibration signal,and after processing the measured signal in time-domain,we can analyze the data in the frequency-domain、time-frequency domain、power spectrum、correlation analysis, and some physical properties of the tested can be obtained by the analyses above.
