Hub is an important part of automobile,the dynamic balance parameters and beat parameters of the wheel hub is an important technological index of the wheel hub,which affects the comfort,stability and safety of the car.In China,there is a certain gap between the quality of the wheel hub and the developed countries in Europe and America,and all the manufacturers have put forward strict requirements on the dynamic balance and the beating index of the wheel hub.In order to satisfy the wheel production line automation detection technology,the technological process and the actual use requirements,this article is based on digital signal processing technology,PCI interface to adopt high performance data collection platform,application of virtual instrument technology,dynamic balance and beating detection technology,research and development of a wheel hub of dynamic balance and beat test system.The main research contents include: 1.From the overall structure of the system and the principle of in-depth analysis of the system in the detection of dynamic balance and wheel hop signal sampling of interference data,propose solutions,and from the hardware and software design of the data processing system;2.In hardware.In order to realize the accurate extraction and conversion of the signal,the design and implementation of the charge amplifier technology,PLL frequency technology,tracking filter technology,solves the signal in the complex environment of the automatic signal amplifying,filtering and so on questions,to deal effectively with the initial signal,which meet the requirements of the conversion;3.In the aspect of software,the integrated use of computer technology,in-depth study of the dynamic balance and the characteristics of wheel hop signal,including high precision The degree of speed measurement,baseband signal sampling,pulse interference elimination,fast spectrum calculation,digital filtering and signal compensation,unbalanced amplitude and phase calculation method,and database storage of test data;4.Analysis of theimbalance caused by vibration,studied the effect of unbalanced system key factor solution and system stability the amount of separation,proposed a comprehensive quality valve and wheel eccentricity compensation operation and algorithm.The experimental results show that the test system has high precision and good stability,and it has certain practical value and market prospect in the production line of automobile wheel hub.
