With the vigorous development of Chinese railway industry,the maintenance of railway facilities has become an increasingly important link in railway operation and management.As an important part of railway facilities,in order to ensure the safe operation of the railway,the scientific and effective operation and management of the tunnel has become a problem to be solved in this period.According to the autumn inspection data of China Railway Engineering Corporation,there are different degrees of diseases in more than 60%of the tunnels in China.The quality of the railway tunnel affects the safe operation of the train,the disease in the tunnel should be timely detection,timely processing.At present,the ground penetrating radar is widely used to detect the quality of railway tunnel lining.However,the analysis of ground penetrating radar data is still at the stage of manual processing,and the radar data of lining cannot be realized in real time and fast.The occurrence of disease is often accompanied by changes in the media,such as leakage of water is mixed with the aquifer,and cracks are mixed into the air layer lining.The basic principle of the ground radar detection lining is that the intensity of the reflected wave is different.When the radar wave passes through different media,the damage of the lining can be judged according to the difference of the reflected wave.Based on these,the treatment and analysis of the gravitational profile of the geological radar of the lining are studied in this paper,and a quick and timely method for detecting the internal contact of the lining and the contact condition of the lining is put forward.At the same time,the safety assessment method of the lining is also carried out to ensure the quality of the lining of the scientific management.In the research of the internal disease detection,a method of detecting the lining lesion area based on gray scale distribution,and the gray scale complexity of the radar section was used to measure the reflection of waves in different media.Firstly,the gray statistical distribution features are used to pre select,to weaken the influence of the noise on the detection,and then use the gray space distribution characteristics of the screening to identify areas where there may be disease.At the same time,the threshold value of the classification can be determined with the adaptive threshold.The method can be used in the complicated situation of different linings.In the research of the state of contact behind the lining detection,referring to the analysis method of earthquake wave image,it was detected with bilateral filtering method of edge detection to the shaft with lining in the radar image based on in order to distinguish the contact state of lining is dense.In the process of extracting the same axis information after edge detection,this paper designs a method based on the minimum envelope rectangle iteration to determine the same axis.This method is used to deal with the radar image of a tunnel,and the distribution of the disease is analyzed.In the research of lining safety evaluation system,the classification method based on fuzzy pattern recognition was taken,the classification of tunnel safety impression factors,the indicators were evaluated by the fuzzy pattern recognition method,and the final result of the evaluation index of lower level as the evaluation of a higher level of value.This method was used to evaluate the safety of lining is more scientific and easy to manage.
