For the current issues related to the tunnel lining structures construction quality of geological radar detection and the quality detection,based on the practice of the roads,railways and other 17 tunnel lining quality defect detection,to do the research of three aspects that includes the geological radar site testing questions that related to tunnel lining void, insufficient thickness and Lining non-compacting concrete, the causes of lining quality defects and the influence of tunnel stability that caused by lining quality defects. the mainly work and obtained results are as follows:(1) For the 17 tunnel lining site geological radar detection, include Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated,Tianshui-Pingliang railway, Boketu-Yakeshi highway, Kangjiaya-Linxia highway, Tianshui-Dingxi highway; Summarizes the distribution of species of tunnel lining quality defects, and defects in shape based on the analysis of the monitoring information system;(2) Based on the statistical analysis of the field 17 tunnel lining quality defect detection data to analyze the lining quality defects,mainly from the aspects of construction technology and construction technology, then came up with improper ratio of lining concrete, shrinkage and creep of concrete and the technical level of lining construction are not enough are the main causes for the lining void and lining non-compacting concrete. Insufficient thickness of tunnel lining is mainly caused by construction overbreak for tunnel, rock deformation and improper construction technology;(3) Based on statistical analysis of tunnel lining quality defects to come up withthe following concludes the lining void mainly concentrated in the tunnel arch, lining non-compacting concrete defects mainly concentrated in the tunnel arch waist, lining insufficient thickness was seen in the arch and arch waist, and more common in the arch waist;For the effect of different positions and different combinations of defects on the safety of the tunnel by numerical analysis, and put forward a new proposal based on surrounding rock classification and detection methods lining of tunnel safety;(4) Based on the defect detection of tunnel lining site practice to analyze the affects the quality of tunnel lining flaw detection accuracy and on-site detection of the problems, and put forward some measures of improving the geological radar lining defect detection accuracy, then given radar detection parameters under the consititution of recommended values of distinction rock classification and environment of tunnel.also come up with the recommended method and implementation steps of geological radar data acquisition and processing for improve the lining quality defect detection accuracy.
