Study On LSM-based Earthwork Space Congestion Early-Warning In Railway Construction Project

Earthwork is the first work in civil engineering.For linear projects such as highway and railway engineering projects,large amount of earthwork often occur in the construction of roadbed,bridge and culvert foundation excavation and backfilling,tunnel excavation,development and formation of the construction site,foundation of the pit(groove)and trench excavation engineering.As the leading industry and basic industry of our national economy,railway plays an important role in the development of economy and society.At present,China's railway construction project has entered a new peak,and the speed of railway construction has exceeded people's imagination.In such a large scale of railway construction projects,as the basic and prerequisite of the railway project,earthwork determines and affects the quality and progress of the whole project.According to the study,in the railway,road,pipeline and other site restricted linear engineering projects,the decline in production rate,production safety accidents and other issues due to space congestion occupy a larger proportion.This paper starts from the research on the space congestion of the earthwork of the railway construction project,and it has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper starts from the actual situation and the existing problems at the present stage of China railway construction project earthwork project schedule planning and space congestion warning management,and expounds related literature and research status of domestic and foreign engineering space congestion warning management,points out the existence of China's railway construction project earthwork space congestion warning management problems.This paper discusses the LSM method which is suitable for railway construction engineering project of the linear schedule planning,including the concept of linear engineering and linear program,analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the linear scheduling method,then uses the concept of grid to divide the earthwork of the railway construction project into earthwork engineering grid from time and space aspects according to the characteristic of railway earthwork engineering,and proposes the criterion and algorithm of railway earthwork engineering site space congestion,warns the space congestion of earthwork engineering,provides the technics and data foundation of refinement and visualization of earthwork management.This paper is based on the gridding method,and discusses method of automatic scheduling of earthwork project,explores project space congestion warning,and the establishes the earthwork space congestion warning model of railway construction project based on LSM,completes the automation of earthwork scheduling and space congestion warning.Finally,this paper uses the case study to validate the proposed model.
