Greenhouse gases,especially carbon dioxide emissions,are environmental pollutants that can not be ignored.The signing of the Kyoto protocol in 1999 which made a clearly basic framework of controlling total carbon dioxide emission globallly,indicats that humans have a great determination to control the greenhouse gas emissions,especially carbon dioxide.Currently,China has taken the responsibility of compulsory emission reduction,promising to reduce the carbon dioxide by 60%-65%from 2005 to 2030.Moreove,China also plans to start the national carbon emissions proposal system that will cover the steel,electricity,chemicals,building materials,paper and nonferrous metals and other key industries in 2017.As a special product,the investment of building is large,carbon dioxide emissions from the building is also great.China's annual carbon emissions from building industry accounted for about 40%of the total emissions.In order to faciitate the carbon emission reduction and realize the sustainable development of the construction industrythe building in the whole life cycle,in addition to the direct costs of the building,the carbon costs introduced by design,materials production and processing,construction,operation and maintenance,waste removal process should also be pay attention in its life cycle,because this economic loss part paid by the enterprise directly is the biggest driving force for it to implement carbon reduction.At present,the research of the construction carbon cost at home and abroad is still inadequate.Therefore,on the basis of the research of building LCA,building environment cost and carbon cost,this paper analyzed and modeled the carbon emissions generated by the life cycle of the building,and used carbon trading and carbon tax to establish life cycle carbon cost accounting model of the building.By calculating an actual building,the proportion of construction carbon cost under different systems is analyzed.In this paper,an example is given to an actual construction case,analyzes the construction cost of carbon under different system components,and the significance of accounting records,carbon emissions,environmental damage cost comparison of the cost of carbon and LIME method,in order to verify the validity of building life cycle carbon cost accounting model and reliability.This paper also discusses the significance and impact of the building life cycle carbon cost on the building industry,including the enterprise cost control,the construction carbon emission reduction and the carbon emission reduction policy choice,which draws the conclusion that China's comprehensive carbon trading and Carbon tax system,both long-term and forwards benefits.This paper lays the foundation for the study on the building carbon cost in the future,providing a method of calculating construction carbon costs;In addition,it also provides a reference for China's carbon emission reduction policies of building industry in future.
