Under the situation of slumping oil and gas prices,how to reduce costs and improve efficiency is a difficult problem facing in the oil industry enterprises.At present,the wellhead natural gas carrying the huge pressure power,and this power is not utilized in the process of natural gas extraction.If this part of the clean energy can be recycled and used,it will have important significance on the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the enterprises.This thesis puts forward a scheme to convert natural gas pressure energy into mechanical energy to power generation based on the analysis of natural gas production process.The theory of natural gas expansion and pressure reduction is used to analyze the natural gas.On the basis of this,the structure of natural gas residual pressure generator was designed and the prototype of natural gas residual pressure was tested.The indoor air pressure power generation test was carried out with compressed air as working medium.In the test,the device can send effective electric energy,which verifies the feasibility of the technology of the residual voltage power generation scheme.The natural gas residual pressure generating test prototype was applied to the field experiment of Tiandong 87 well in the Liangping operation area and the 101-X2 well operation area.After a long period of test run,the device run smoothly and sent the stable power.The field test exposed some of the problems with the device,such as the actual power generation is too small,the seal is not perfect and so on.Aiming at the problems reflected in the first field experiment,the prototype of the natural gas residual pressure generating device was improved by combining the natural gas condition of Yanjia station.The use of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology to optimize the selection of nozzles and pressure-driven impellers,to improve its efficiency for the use of pressure;design and trial the magnetic coupling to replace the traditional coupling structure,so that the original dynamic seal structure through the sealed cover into a static seal structure,fundamentally solve the problem of natural gas leakage.Combined with the first test prototype related parts the structural design of natural gas residual pressure generating device was completed,Finally made a natural gas residual pressure generating device and conducted a second field test in Yanjia station.The results of the second field test showed that the device run smoothly and sent the stable power,seal structure is good.The power of electricity can satisfy the requirements of the daily life and production,therefore,it is of great significance to recycle and utilize thenatural gas pressure energy of the natural gas residual pressure power generation equipment,which has important market promotion and application value.
