In order to meet the requirement of high speed transportation,the railway vehicle has gradually entered people's vision.Railroaders is a multi-purpose transport vehicle which can be driven both on the high way and on the railway.It adapts to the current rapid transport demand,and the convenient transportation advantages greatly improve transport efficiency.Based on the "railway research" device dynamics simulation and structure design,with the existing six axis road vehicles,design two iron wheel walking devices which is the swing arm type motor bogie in the paper,to achieve the conversion from road to rail vehicle.Due to the requirements of the space and technology,the inner axle box suspension device,driving device,motor suspension arm lifting device and small radius axle device and other new structures are adopted,which is different from the traditional vehicle bogie.In this paper,based on the specific requirement,the basic design of the steering frame is completed,and then the vehicle dynamic simulation analysis and the vehicle suspension parameter optimization are conducted,through which the dynamic performance of the vehicle is further improved,this paper includes the following aspects:(1)This paper introduces the significance and the present situation of the railway vehicle study.According to the requirements of the size parameters of highway vehicles and related design,the design frame of the swing arm type motor steering scheme including wheelset and axle box,frame device,elastic suspension device,braking units and a driving device is completed,and the braking and traction of the railroader are calculated,(2)The dynamic model of the bogie is established based on its basic dimensions and technical parameters,and the vehicle dynamics model,and design the circuit simulation are completed.(3)The vehicle dynamics simulation is carried out to investigate the stability,smoothness and the ability of curve passing of the vehicle,the test results are evaluated and analyzed combined with related evaluating indicator,and the result that the dynamic performance of the vehicle declines as the radius of the curve decreases,the ability of the small radius curve passing is poor,but the overall indicators meet the limit standards is obtained.(4)In order to enhance the dynamic performance of the whole vehicle,with the joint simulation of Isight and SIMPACK,the bogie suspension parameters are optimized,the Kriging approximation model is established and a group of good parameters of suspension dynamic performance is obtained,and then the dynamic performance index after optimization is obtained,which is compared with the results before optimization,and the optimization analysis is conducted at last.Generally speaking,the design of the swing arm power bogie meet the requirement,the dynamic performance comply with relevant regulation,the performance of the small radius curve passing has a related lager use range.This design may becoming a very promising bogie.
