With the rapid development of modern society, comprehensive transportation is becoming more and more potential. Rail-road car is one that can not only fully play transport sustainability, but also achieve door-door advantage. Based on Railway driving device dynamics simulation research, this paper design a bogie which installed in a road-car, making it run in road as well as in railway. Due to limited space, the train bogie is designed for axle inside box type which is unlike normal its style. This paper based on this kind of bogie, aiming at suspension parameters and dynamic performance, undertake these following works:1. Calculate the suspension parameters according to the size and parameters, using multi-body dynamics software Simpack to make rail-road car model, designing lines and working condition.2. Conduct a preliminary dynamic simulation of this new bogie, attaining dynamic performance of rail-road car under basic load condition, using related dynamic standards to evaluate and analyze.3. According to the simulation results of the preliminary dynamic performance, combined with joint advanced simulation, to design the experiments on the inside axle box bogie kinetics model, then set up the approximate model instead of the simulation model and verify the reliability, finally get the best result by optimizing the suspension parameter of this bogie.4. After the optimized results attained, compare the suspension parameter and dynamic performance with the ones before optimized in the simulation model, get the better results.5. Based on the basic loading condition simulation, conduct dynamic simulation of the optimized bogie under longitudinal and transverse partial conditions, watching its performance, analyze its influence and the reasons for the increasing indicators.This paper studies the property of the inside axle box bogie of rail-road car, optimizing the design of suspension parameter and the influence of longitudinal and transverse partial conditions, providing reference for prototype test and practical application. It has a certain reference value for the study of the development of the inside axle box bogie and the change rule of dynamic performance under partial conditions.
