A Study Of Bus Stop Design Elements Based On The Kansei Engineering

Based on the city of Beijing major science and technology projects "Beijing bus station overall design research and application" carried out,during the study we first determine the city research,field trips to Shanghai,Shenzhen,Chengdu and Suzhou four City,and the passenger survey data collected at the same time,of a visit to the local bus group and learning the local bus operation characteristics.In these four cities,each city has its own characteristics,but it has great generality.Shanghai's public transport system to build the most perfect,but also the first large-scale promotion of electronic platform information city.Shenzhen public transport system is more dispersed,the platform design by the city traffic Commission unified bidding.Suzhou platform construction combined with the characteristics of the landscape,the development zone is more modern.Slow pace of urban life in Chengdu,the overall satisfaction of passengers higher.The four city survey completed in Beijing launched a targeted questionnaire,and combined with the four big city before the questionnaire data were compared and analyzed,Beijing bus passenger has relatively common personality,passengers on the functional requirements of "line inquiry" is still the most important equipment one of the requirements,in the information demand "a vehicle to stop time" is also one of the most important information needs.The data analysis process of a number of class operations of passenger functional requirements and design sense of satisfaction analysis,finally we get three main factors,the first is the design focus,and we should pay more attention to the humanization design,the second is the design style,the third is one-way consuming time.For the most important design factors,two factors were studied.Sorted out 15 representative site application photos,the preparation of the user satisfaction questionnaire,collect the user to "human" satisfaction score.And the platform function module is divided into 15 categories,and the two kinds of statistical information at a time and in which found that the station shed is rigid demand,the existing platform design can not meet the needs of users,the newsstand service this type of facility is hidden needs of users,should be increased.
