With the continuous growth of motor vehicle ownership in our country,the problem of road traffic congestion is gradually highlighted.Scientific public transport evaluation index system,can objectively reflect the problems in the development of public transport,to guide the improvement of public transport network to promote the promotion of public transport to enhance,so as to effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion.Compared with the evaluation of the bus network,the evaluation of bus lines can reveal detailed problems in the planning,operation effect and service level of a single bus line,and it is more informative in the optimal adjustment of the bus network.Based on the study of the public transportation system,this paper constructs the three-level evaluation index system,and puts forward the conventional bus line evaluation in terms of the rationality of the line planning,the line operation effect and the line service level,specifically,the transfer connectivity,line attract.smooth rate of buses,.etc.In order to analyze the convenience of passenger transfer behavior from the line planning level,the transfer connectivity index is proposed,and order to analyze the attractiveness of the bus line from the line operation level,the index of the line attraction factor is put forward.In order to consider the subjective factors and the objective situation,this paper puts forward the DEA model based on AHP to evaluate the bus line.In this paper,the AHP model is used as the overall framework of the bus line evaluation,the criterion decision method on the level of AHP is the group decision method,and the scheme weight decision method is the cross efficiency evaluation method of the super-efficient DEA model.According to the expert scoring calculation criteria layer weight allocation.The weight of the solution layer is calculated based on the single factor of the bus line.The single factor evaluation method of bus line is the cross efficiency evaluation method of super-efficient DEA model.Based on the cross efficiency evaluation results of the super-efficient DEA model,the score of the planning,operation and service of the line is obtained as the basis for calculating the weight of the index.This paper chooses the 18 bus lines of Shouguang city of Shandong Province as the evaluation example,and validates the rationality of the line evaluation index system and model method proposed in this paper.
