Low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel structure residence system with low carbon,low energy consumption,light weight,high strength,environmental protection,economic and fast construction,conforms to our country to strengthen the housing component factory,industrialization development direction.Study of low-rise cold-formed thin-walled steel structure residence system is a kind of move to follow the development trend of construction industry,conform to the development of our country national condition,to our country the construction of new towns and alleviate the pressure of the urban residential has a lot of help.The research contents of this paper is based on a certain construction group cold-formed thin-walled steel-foam concrete structure as engineering background,system design,the construction group of lightweight,high strength light concrete low-rise light steel structure housing system test research projects.This article to fill the cold-formed thin-walled steel-foam concrete structure and cold bending thin-wall steel-foam concrete floor system as the research object,mainly analyzes its mechanical properties,and the structural factors that affect their mechanical performance,the main research work and achievements include the following aspects:(1)Using MIDAS/Gen analysis software,the cold bending thin-wall steel-foam concrete structure bearing capacity of the eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis.The analysis results show that the cold bending thin-wall steel-foam concrete structure mainly local buckling and distortional buckling,waveform distortion occurs mainly in structure floor across,steel parts is wavy,other parts no obvious deformation.According to the nonlinear analysis of displacement and load coefficient diagram and structure reach the state of instability is able to withstand the maximum load of 157.771 kN,can provide data support for the experimental analysis.(2)according to the overall structure of the actual engineering research,comparative analysis of the structure considering or not considering geometric imperfection and increase C steel thickness will effect the performance of the structure.Analysis results show that the initial defects of geometrical structure considering or not considering the structure bearing capacity little impact;Under certain conditions,increasing the thickness C payments can not only improve the carrying capacity,can reduce lateral displacement of the structure,it can reduce the principal stress structure.(3)under certain conditions,the floor number of single truss cross,floor height,C steel truss spacing and thickness change can obviously affect the mechanical properties of floor.Increasing number of truss cross,floor height,C steel thickness and reduce truss spacing can improve the ability of floor under outside load,the opposite will weaken the floor by the load performance.(4)Analysis of the overall structure and the mechanical performance of individual components,the single floor artifacts in the same conditions Bearing capacity is lower than the structure bearing capacity,this is because the whole structure can make the various components work together,the overall performance is good.
