Steel reinforced concrete composite structure is more and more widely applied in multi-storey and high-rise buildings for their distinct structural advantages, such as relatively small sectional dimension,high load bearing capacity,construction speed, excellent earthquake resistance qualities, and good anti-erosion properties. With the gradually development of economy, the building structure system has become one of the main development direction in the field of civil engineering for light weight, high strength, energy saving and green environmental protection. New energy-saving environmental protection material foamed concrete and cold-formed thin-wall steel combination mechanism is the main research content in the project, it can be using the cold-formed thin-walled steel and foam concrete work together in order to live up to their advantage.This article in view of the interface mechanical properties of cold-formed thin-walled steel and foam concrete combination components design 33 specimens, Introduce the Push out method can better simulate the steel reinforced concrete column under vertical load bearing state,respectively considering different density foam concrete, steel web without hole, the hole diameter and hole number on the web of bonded composite specimen load impact change law, summarize the damage form of specimens. Specimen of P-S curve drawing according to the test results, discussion and analysis section combination of foam concrete specimen under axial pressure force changes in properties of materials. According to the constitutive relations of foam concrete analysis by ABAQUS about finite element software, Concrete damage model respectively are adopted to simulate the three different density of foam concrete with the same web hole diameter combination specimens and three different web hole diameter and the same density foam concrete composite specimens, studying its changes from oneway load model Compare simulation results with the test results analysis, to explore new type of composite structure of the interface performance, at the same time in order to verify the accuracy of the test results.
