With the gradual progress of the urbanization process,urban land tensions continue to intensify.So that the city for the development and utilization of mountain areas continue to increase,and the demand of urban green space and other open space is also increasing,lead the construction of urban parks on the mountain lands turn into a trend.However,due to the fragile ecological system of the mountain lands,unreasonable development and utilization is easy to damage it,and causing soil and water loss and other problems.Considering that the traditional methods make no use for the construction of the urban mountain park,to improve the planning and design of urban mountain park seemed to be an imperative.This paper first elaborates the design theory of low impact development.Secondly,it discusses the concept of urban mountain park planning and then puts forward the principles and methods of urban mountain park planning and design under the background of low impact development.Thirdly,this paper makes a case study on the planning and design of urban parks in Fuzhou Meifeng Mountain Park,Qunli Stormwater Wetland Park and London Olympic Park,and draws lessons from the experience of them.Finally,based on the above-theory and its practical experience,the planning and design scheme of Fuzhou Xishan Park has been evaluated and put forward.This planning includes the overall design,partial design and the special design of low impact development.Through the combination of the technology and the terrain's particularity,this plan make the collection,purification and recycle of rainwater in this certain extent into reality.Via the control of total runoff and the build of water ecosystem,it can create a good ecological environment.It proves that this plan has good effect on controlling the runoff through the assess of the SWMM model,which can realize the combination of the utlization of rainwater and landscape construction could reduce the influence of development to the entironment.This study will have reference value and guidance significance in future park construction.
