Study On The Development Plan Of Circular Economy Industrial Park In JT

At present,our countryexisting traditional industries will be deprived,industrial system and natural ecological system in the end of the production process for the management of environmental pollution,the industrial development and resource exploitation and the contradiction between the natural environment is becoming serious.Compared to traditional mode of industrial development,the circular economy more emphasis on circular economy industrial system and natural ecological system coordinated development,thus,the implementation of ecological economic activity,especially in the environment harmonious and unified development of waste discharge for less,or zero emission.Economic development model in the cycle there is less concept of waste,the entire industrial production of a"resources-products-renewable resources-recycled products”of the feedback process,advocating "low mining,high utilization,low emission" of development,to realize the economic activities of ecology.Based on the data of ecological industry at home and abroad,the theory and the technique of ecological industry at home and abroad were discussed.And then,applying the theory of circular economy,then analyzed present development of Circular Economy Industrial Park in JT from two aspects of industrial control and park planning and construction.Trying to find out a suitable way to the circular economy park of JT,looking forward to providing reference to other Park’s circular economy construction in our country.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as the following three aspects:1.Summarized domestic and overseas basic theory,research status quo and operation practice of circular economy,thus providing theories and practice foundation for the planning and practice of Circular Economy Industrial Park in JT.2.The study analyzed present development of Circular Economy Industrial Park in JT from the aspects of its position and natural conditions and construction status.Then,it pointed out the necessity on the development of eco-industrial parks(EIPs),meanwhile,analyzed the development of circular economy in this district.3.New proposals are put forward according to concepts of recycling economy and construction of ecological mode so that the recycling economy mode can be perfect,thus the mode of recycling economy may be further improved.
