| With increasing emphasis which the Chinese government attaches to livelihood issues,establishment of a complete social and medical security system has become a major government project.The No.14 Document issued by the State Council Office in 2015 clearly stipulates the task of building a basic electronic health archive system with dynamic update throughout China by 2020.The key to realizing the vision relies on effective integration of the current scientific and medical achievements as well as on systematic collection and unified management of health data.In fact,China has come up with relevant product R&D findings.However,these physical examination products are complex in operations,high in price and not user-friendly.As a result,they fail to meet the domestic market demands of physical examination.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies based on the product integration and development model,and proposes a cheaper multi-functional self-help physical examination terminal,which caters to needs of target consumers of physical examination and simplifies operation.It is hoped that the physical examination terminal can help realize one-stop self-help physical examination and unified management of health data,contribute to establishment of a wisdom city,and popularize physical examination among all Chinese..Based on integration of physical examination demands and investigation,the product development task book is formulated.Then,via the function catalog,the principle of functioning is worked out.Meanwhile,the R&D of critical parts is proved to obtain the final function structural catalog.After that,knowledge of anthropometry is used to optimize the function structure in terms of space configuration and dimension so as to realize organic integration of multiple functions.Based on that,spectral clustering is adopted to conduct cluster calculation of the product function structure at an attempt to obtain productfunction mix hierarchy,and realize modularized design of the driving structure of the function model.Finally,through the behavior analysis system,a reasonableness check is conducted of the product R&D outcome.The main research content of this paper is shown below:(1)Establishment of a product integration and development model: Study relevant theoretical methods of integration,modularization and anthropometry to provide methods and theoretical basis for the product integration and development model.(2)Applied research of the modularization design methods of function module driving structure module: Conduct clustering of functions based on reasonable space planning of functions and hierarchical clustering methods,and explore the modularization design method which drives structural modular design via the function module;(3)Applied research of anthropometry in product function integration and development: Design the interaction process based on analysis of functional technical requirements,realize reasonable space planning of functions,and confirm the critical man-machine dimensions based on the appearance design to achieve organic integration of product function structure;(4)R&D and design of critical components of the multi-functional physical examination product: Confirm the key R&D techniques while working out functions,analyze the functional dimension of man-machine interaction,and prove the design feasibility of the blood pressure automatic measurement component and the automatic lifting component;(5)Prototyping test and evaluation: Analyze the movement angle and the operational movement sequence in the man-machine interaction of the prototype via the behavior analysis system.Combine the user questionnaire survey results to evaluate the overall functions of new products so as to guide the follow-up improvement of product design.R&D of the physical examination terminal in this paper can make physical examination equipment easier for target users to operate and achieve one-stop self-help physical examination.Through establishment of the cloud health data archives,unified management and dynamic update of health data are realized.The physical examination terminal developed in this paper can alleviate thepressure of the manual physical examination,promote building of a wisdom city,and boost the construction of the medical care service system. |
