Study On The Production Technology Of EPS Module For Integrated Housing

The integrated housing is a kind of green building,which is an effective way to reduce carbon emissions,promote recycle and guarantee sustainable development.The application and promotion of building integrated modular technology,not only change the traditional construction mode with the high pollution and the high energy consumption,but also greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the house,so as to increase the competitiveness of the integrated modular construction market.This paper mainly presents a new type of integrated housing pattern—EPS-based modular integrated housing.In the EPS-based modular integrated housing process the EPS foam particles after molding are made into different shapes of modules,and these modules are spliced together to form the internal and external walls of the house,to build new houses without columns and beams.The structure of the EPS-based modular integrated housing was designed,selected the typical EPS module and its mold was designed,the key points of mold design for EPS module were analyzed,and from the selection of mould materials,to the design of mould cavity structure and each system were completed.To analyze the production process of EPS module,the principles of the production process such as pre foaming?curing?forming and drying are first introduced.The main process parameters and process steps of each process are selected and identified.After comparing and analyzing the related problems in the production process of the EPS module,the causes of the problems are found and the corresponding problems are solved.To subsequently,a production technology of EPS module for integrated housing is optimized and designed to guide the actual production of EPS-based modular integrated housing.A series of quasi-static compression and bending experiments and research for the mechanical properties are implemented on the EPS module,to verify of the mechanics for the EPS-based modular integrated housing.Through studying the production technology of EPS module for integrated housing,related problems of EPS-based modular integrated housing in the production process is improved.It is significant to realize the industrialized production of EPS-based modular integrated housing,to change the traditional architectural patterns,to promote the transformation and upgrading of residential buildings and promote recycle and sustainable development.
