Integrated avionics system,the key part of the plane,is highly modular and integrated and plays the key role of improving the performance and security of airplane,and reducing the costing during the whole lifecycle.It can be said that there is no high performance fighter without high performance avionics system.Because of increasingly complicated and integrated avionics system,the test for avionics system is full of higher requirement and challenge.The important problem needs to be solved urgently are how to improve the portability and reusability in more reliable and safe way,and how to make the test more efficient and convenient.In order to satisfy the need of the new generation of avionics system,it’s imperative to adopt automated test methods.In order to make avionics system automated,real-time data collection and data processing,bus network technology with high bandwidth and low delay,automation and control technology,efficient and stable architecture of software will be needed.This paper focuses on the research and implementation of key technology in automated testing of avionics systems,and has designed and implemented a platform for automated testing of avionics which can remotely control the test,improve testing efficiency and is helpful for reproducing the problem and completely saving the test process.The research work carried out is as follow:1、Based on the key requirements concluded by analyzing the principle and pattern of automated testing of avionics system,the architecture of automated testing of avionics system has been designed;2、Use-case module,acquisition and comparison of bus data module,robotic arm control module and GUI module are the key and difficulty during the process of design and implementation.In the use-case module,the data structure of use-case and the mechanism for storing and loading use-case data were designed to figure out the problem of process recurrent of testing of avionics system.In the acquisition and comparison of bus data module,two kinds of mechanism for caching data were designed to ensure the efficient and stabilization of data acquisition in different scenes.Based on the network communication technology,operation mechanism of robotic arm and control code were designed to make automated control reliable and make feedback of system real-time in robotic arm control module.Based on data driven design,GUI module used data binding technology to design multiple templates of front end for use-case data with complex format and relevance,making an better experience of display and interaction during automated testing;3、A platform for automated testing of avionics has been set out to carry out the module testing and whole system testing.The platform for automated testing of avionics designed and implemented in this paper has been tested and verified preliminarily,then some efforts will be done for optimization and compatibility.The series of studies in this paper may have a positive impact on realization of automated testing of avionics system.
