| With the advantage of real-time transmission, low delay and high reliability, fiber channel has been widely applied to the military industry. China also dedicates to R&D of avionics optical fiber bus product. However, because China still lags behind in its testing technology compared with developed countries and also lacks a more advanced self-testing platform, the product performance can not be better tested and verified. It has also seriously hindered the research progress for the fiber channel products. Therefore, it has become an urgent task to make an in-depth research into the technologies related to fiber channel and also improve the relevant testing technologies.Firstly, the paper studies the fiber channel protocol, and introduces it in terms of hierarchical structure, data hierarchy and protocol packaging. Aiming at the characteristics of complicated application environment and special application demands of fiber channel avionics (such as multicast/broadcast, clock synchronization, data monitoring, etc), it illustrates five fiber channel protocols specially for avionics environment and introduces anonymous subscriber messaging (FC-AE-ASM) protocol in fiber channel avionics environment.Then, based on the theory of fiber channel protocol, it takes Host Bus Adapter as the test object, analyzes the test demands of fiber channel HBA card, designs corresponding test proposals, carries out practical tests on a part of cases through establishing a simulation platform to validate the feasibility of protocol conformance test, performance test and reliability test proposals of fiber channel HBA card, provide guidance to the test of fiber channel HBA card and importance reference to the realization of uniform interconnection among different fiber channel HBA cards. |
