The overall situation of the current economic growth has slowed down,and the National Energy Board recently issued a reduction in our power "13th Five-Year" coal construction scale of the letter,let the domestic engineering general contract of electric power enterprises felt chill".The process of power engineering construction is extremely complex,huge construction site,a large number of personnel,the complicated knowledge makes this project has a complex,diverse,practical,high risk factor,which accelerate the construction speed and make it become the indispensable in own control.The top priority of the project management is to push ahead with the progress and optimization of the project because of the costs involved,the length of time consumed and whether the project is up to standard.Therefore,the primary work of thermal power construction project management mainly lies in the large thermal power project construction to raise the level of rationalization,organize the project planning and design of the power equipment bidding,on-site construction and installation management work,in order to complete the grid work as soon as possible,to create the greatest economic benefits.In the formulation of project schedule control plan,the first to the studio analysis of engineering,and the decomposed related factors of progress,through the optimization and control of the way to develop the project schedule control plan.This paper takes Guangzhou LX power plant 2 * 330 MW thermal power project construction project as the research object,begins with the given current research field of project progress management,gives some of his own views,analysis and research of the project schedule and control construction.This paper introduces the basic situation of Guangzhou LX power plant 2 * 330 MW thermal power project construction project,by using the method of project schedule management norms,to the progress of the project management in schedule optimization and schedule control of two knowledge plate combined with the actual situation of project construction research.First of all,it expounds the specific content and significance of the project,gives the description of the project objective,and makes a concrete analysis,and analyzes the project stakeholders in light of the actual situation.Next,a series of tasks,such as project task,WBS decomposition,time estimation and logical relation,are carried out,and finally,the project milestone schedule is completed.The main factors and typical cases that affect the schedule of the project are mainly analyzed,and the related knowledge of the project schedule management is used to systematically study the schedule and control of the thermal power project construction.This paper makes a deep analysis on the progress of the management status of large-scale thermal power project construction,explored the main problems exist,identified potential factors affecting the progress of the project,put forward the progress control work of the whole process to take the methods and suggestions,hoping to provide some help for the general contracting management in large scale thermal power engineering project.
