Coastal lowland city is the concentrated area of population and industry,and it is also a complex area of water ecosystem.Its economic and geographical environment determines the characteristics of ecological vulnerability and disaster prone.The construction of large-scale disorder has led to the growing problem of water ecological security in coastal cities.Shoreline is the special resource in coastal cities,shoreline use planning in directly change the habitat of sea and land at the same time,on the coast with ecosystem caused huge cumulative damage effect.The core of the theory of landscape ecology: pattern,process,scale based on,use patch-corridor-matrix of spatial pattern analysis method,on the basis and elements of coastal lowlands of urban water ecological system the main features of the.It was concluded that the space correlation of the coastal lowlands of urban water ecological security pattern,also analyzed and summarized the shoreline utilization of water ecological factors.In the Tianjin Binhai New Area(TBNA)as an example,using Geographic Information System(GIS)and Remote Sensing(RS)technology analysis of shoreline utilization within the scope of influence of 2003 to 2013 in Binhai New Area,the overall scope and shoreline use ecological land use change within the scope of influence,that shoreline utilization planning within the scope of influence of landscape change in the leading role.The results show that: the enhancement of human construction activities resulted in the reduction of the functional patches of water,wetlands,tidal flats and other ecological functions of water,wetlands,tidal flats and other factors.Based on the above research conclusion,the construction of water ecological security implications of shoreline utilization planning framework based on,is proposed and the shoreline utilization planning strategies and water ecological compensation measures. |
