Research On Planar Shape Planning Of Urban Reclamation Area Based On The Sustainable Idea

Reclamation is an important way for coastal cities to obtain space for development on the condition of land scarcity. As the urbanization speeding up in China, the site for construction is being scarcity, which caused a lot of coastal cities to start large-scale reclamation projects. Early reclamation was to meet the needs of agricultural and industrial production or port construction, which is different from the projects today. With the scale being increasing and the use turning to diversification, the consequent problem including ecological environment and resource utilization become more complex and apparent. So the former reclamation plan based on the engineering technology can’t solve these problems scientifically any more, which requires urban planning to have an overall analysis and comprehensive coordination.This paper introduces the planar shape planning of urban reclamation area as a new perspective on the basis of learning the theory and practical experience of reclamation plan at home and abroad, it also makes decomposition to the characteristic element of the planar shape. Meanwhile it sets up the influence factors system according to the natural environment and social-economy problems. Then the research chooses the most five important influence factors to discuss the factor characteristic with qualitative and quantitative methods and basic theory of related disciplines in order to get the specific design principle and method of planar shape planning of urban reclamation area.In addition, taking the needs of practical application of reclamation plan into account, it summarizes the research object’s position in the whole plan and its working step, the required information is also involved.Finally, the paper chooses the plane analysis of Tianjin Binhai New Area Reclamation Project together with the optimization design strategy to Binhai Tourist Area reclamation plane as the case to make a applied research in order to combine theory with practice which can improve the research reliability.
