Planning Strategies Of The Industrial New Town Service Facilities Under The Concept Of Harmonious City

With the rapid development of new urbanization in china,it is an inevitable and irreversible trend,for the traditional industrial town of single function,updating to an industrial new town of multiple function and of city-industry integration.However,in practice of industrial new town construction,the failure cases about the transition of traditional industrial town can be found everywhere.Furthermore,as the most important step of the transition from traditional industrial town to industrial new town,the planning and construction of its service facilities is related to the success or failure of the entire industrial town transition.Therefore,at the background of vigorous industrial new town construction,it is of great importance to do more research on its service facility planning separately and deeply.In this paper,with the method of literature analysis and case comparison,through a plenty of theoretical and practical study on the service facility planning and construction of domestic and foreign industrial new town,the author has found that currently,there is no design theory or specification to guide the service facility construction of industrial new town.Based on these above,the paper is divided into four parts: Firstly,the author has combined the service facility planning of industrial new town with a set of supporting theoretical system,and has built a demand model to guide its planning.Next,from the three aspects of the demand model-the natural conditions,time periods,and social constitutions,the author has done research on the function selection,spatial layout,traffic organization of the service facility planning of the industrial new town,and has come up with introductory planning strategies.Then in connection with the characteristics of the complexity of the study on social constitutions,the author has chosen the stage of city-industry integration,and has done deeply study on its three aspects,and has come up with specific planning strategies.Finally,the author has made a summary of the research results,and has put up with some issues of the current researches,and also hope to draw everyone's attention and discussions in the future.
