Study Of Quality Management Of Model Product For General Assembling And Testing Department Based On IPD

This thesis studies and analyzes the current situation of quality management in aerospace area at home and abroad,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of typical product research and ideas,analyzing their respective applicability in view of the actual situation of General Assembling and Testing Department of 2nd Academy,CASIC,combined with the SWOT analysis obtained the conclusion that carrying out quality management system based on IPD thought has significant advantages.What's more,this thesis proposed the IPD project implementation framework based on the actual situation of General Assembling and Testing Department of 2nd Academy,CASIC,analyzing the major transition based on the enterprise,including necessity and superiority.Finally,combining with the current situation and deficiency of General Assembling and Testing Department of 2nd Academy,CASIC,presenting ascending situation based on the IPD thought after the reform of quality management level of ascension,embodied in: a demand oriented advanced quality management system;being suitable for parallel model management;ability of realizing the whole process of quality control;Contributing to the implementation of quality management and supervision.The innovation point of this article is to overthrow the inherent institutional setup of traditional state-owned enterprises,management mode etc.,innovating boldly via carrying out IPD thoughts,and making use of the suitable part boldly.Organizing the implementation of the framework and analyzing customer satisfaction to discuss the its effectiveness embodies that this attempt plays positive role in the transformation from survival to development,and from development to higher management level,and is proved to be successful.
