| The operation of air core reactor is usually accompanied by many problems,which can cause harm to the surrounding equipment and people.The long time operation of air core reactor will lead to high temperature of the surrounding equipment,which is a common fault.Air core reactor can produce strong magnetic field under the condition of high current or high voltage excitation.The eddy current of the equipment will lead to heat,which can lead to fire.Based on the example of air core reactor of EAST(advanced experimental superconducting tokamak),this paper analyzes the magnetic field around the air core reactor and the temperature problem of power supply cabinet.In this paper,a method to solve this problem is put forward.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analytical calculation of magnetic field around air core reactor: First,The single turn current carrying coil is a combination of oval current carrying coil and rectangular current carrying coil,the magnetic field distribution can be calculated.Finally,the magnetic field distribution around air core reactor is calculated according to the superposition principle of magnetic field.(2)The electromagnetic shielding theory of metal plate and metal mesh for air core reactor is analyzed,and the flux density distribution on the surface of power supply cabinet is simulated.The performance of various shielding combinations is verified by this method.(3)The shielding effectiveness of single and double shield is analyzed,and simulation results are given.The relationship between shielding effectiveness and distance and excitation frequency is analyzed.(4)The internal magnetic field distribution of air core reactor is simulated,and the experimental results are compared with the experimental results.(5)The temperature of the power supply cabinet is mainly caused by the eddy current loss.Limiting the magnetic field direction and decreasing the contact rate between the magnetic field and the cabinet surface to reduce the temperature.The hypothesis is verified by simulation,and the experimental results and simulation results are analyzed.In this paper,the magnetic-thermal coupling of air core reactor in EAST fast control power supply and shielding measures are studied,some preliminaryconclusions are obtained.The analysis of the magnetic field and temperature field of air core reactor and the study on the shielding of the reactor provided some relevant reference value for the further research. |
