Power Frequency Magnetic Field Shielding Measures Analysis Of Air-core Reactor

Air-core reactor in substation can cause electromagnetic interference to electronic equipment,for it has serious magnetic field divergence.So it make the electronic equipment can not work.The shielding effectiveness of different shielding measures are analyzed in this paper. According to the magnetic theory,there is eddy current generated in metal plate when it is used as the shield material.Ansys is used in power frequency magnetic field shielding measures analysis.Four feasible shielding schemes are proposed.By comparing of them, the shielding scheme that meets requirements can be finally found.The shielding effectiveness of shielding plate with different thickness,different electrical conductivity and differential permeability are analyzed,especially the bonding technology of shielding plates.The rules of power frequency magnetic field interference are obtained.Shielding scheme is executed.And they are reference for similar substation design.
