The Research On The Integration Of The Urban Design Centering On The Transport Hub In The New Town Center

With the urban economic development and the urbanization acceleration,problems have become increasingly prominent.Traffic pressure is mounting while environment pollution is being aggravated.Urban land resources could hardly bare the burden of great population.At this time,people begin to adjust the orientation of urban development by choosing suburban areas and constructing new towns in order to alleviate the problems.New towns have been developing gradually in our countries.That transport technology improvement has made transport integrated into people's life.The convenience brought by transport hub provides the condition of suburban development.With transport hub,new towns could gather more people so that the economic activities increase and themselves run quickly.Based on the background of the new town's construction,this thesis proposed the integration design centering on the transport hub in new town center.It is hoped that though the integration of urban space,the construction in these areas will be more reasonable and efficient so as to promote the whole new town's sustainable development.The main frame of this thesis is divided into four parts:the first part is Chapter 1 that introduced the research background,significance,object,research status,research system and the main contents.The second part includes Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 which first analyzed the foreign and domestic construction with the combination of transport hub and new town,proposed issues and emphasized on the necessity and inevitability of the integration centering on the transport hub in new town center.The third part consists of Chapter 4,Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 that compared examples,analyzed the element integration of urban space from microcosmic and proposed principles of design and the integration strategies of urban design by classifying these areas into sector and zone from macroscopic.The fourth part is Chapter 7 which summed up the whole contents and prospected the integration with the new town and the transport hub in the future.
