| High-speed railway substation automation system is playing an important role in the operation of high-speed railway. In this paper, based on the characters of high-speed railway substation automation system, reference points and evaluating indicators of RAMS(Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety)are put forward. And parameters of RAMS are either analyzed or calculated in this paper which possesses important meaning in theory.In this paper, Reliability Engineering and RAMS theory are presented firstly. At the same part, functional configuration of high-speed railway substation automation system is analyzed and the Failure Tree of the system is built. The reliability of the system is also qualitatively analyzed in the first part.Secondly, FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) tables which help analyzing the effect caused by different plug-in unit are built. Meanwhile, the availability of the system is researched combined with Markov algorithm. In succession, the optimal repair period is confirmed based on the maximal availability which is calculated in the former part.In the last part, safety of the system is quantitatively analyzed in the method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The result is made use of to ensure the significance of different safety measures and confirm the best safety measure. |
