Research On The Calibration Facility Of Hydraulic Torque Wrench And Hydraulic Tensioner

Hydraulic torque wrench and bolt tensioner are the hydraulic tools applied to the bolt fastening field,belonging to the super-high pressure equipment.In construction,maintenance and repair in the industries such as wind power generation,marine engineering,petrochemical industry,construction,mining,and metallurgy,the hydraulic torque wrench and bolt tensioner are the very important tools.Therefore,solving the calibration issue of the hydraulic tools is the need for the development of the bolt pre-tightening technology.In the thesis,based on the principle of hydraulic torque wrench and bolt tensioner,the calibration method is explored.The modular design is adopted,including the sensor module,supporting module,data processing and output module.The analysis of the technical specification completes the selection and structure design of calibration facility.Hydraulic torque wrench calibration rig is installed and have the interface docking.The pressure sensor is used to monitor the output pressure of the hydraulic station.The torque sensor monitors the output torque of the hydraulic torque wrench and records the steps.Finally the resulting input(pressure)and output(torque)contrasting table is produced.And the calibration of hydraulic torque wrench is realized.Calibration rig for the bolt tensioner is designed according to the third law of Newtonian mechanics.It outputs the force through the bolt tensioner which directly affects the simulation bolt and is connected to the sensor.The usage condition for the bolt tensioner is completely simulated.Output force generated by the bolt tensioner is measured.The relationship between output force and input pressure is found out torealize the calibration of the bolt tensioner.The use of calibration facility provides method for the traceability of hydraulic torque wrench and bolt tensioner.Many tests have proved that the hydraulic torque wrench calibration rig and the bolt tensioner calibration rig meet the requirements of the specification,and achieve good measurement results.The long investigation of the complete set of the device presents that it has the good measuring stability.
