Torque wrench is one of the commonly used basic tools in modern manufacturing.The standard torque wrench is an accurate guarantee for the torque wrench value,and it is gradually becoming popular.However,there are currently no devices in China that have established standards and can be used to verify/calibrate high-accuracy standard torque wrenches.Studying the high-accuracy standard torque wrench calibration device can not only meet the standard torque wrench verification/calibration requirements of high accuracy level,but also fill the blank of the national standard torque board quantity transmission system,and provide reference for the revision of the standard torque wrench verification procedure.In this paper,based on the requirements of the function and technical indicators for establishing a high-accuracy standard torque wrench calibration device,the overall technical scheme for realizing the standard device is proposed,and the structural form of the device and the key technologies involved are analyzed.The type of the frame,as well as the technical specifications of the support structure and the load control system,are determined.Stress analysis was carried out on the key components of the frame through Solidworks 3D design software;the performance requirements of the support structure were analyzed,and the internal structure of the traditional air bearing was improved to optimize the arrangement of the intake system,bearing clearance and nozzle diameter.Improve the processing technology,so that it has good bending performance and accuracy,and verify the performance characteristics through experiments;according to the technical requirements of the control system,using fuzzy PID control method,through the mathematical construction of the gearbox reducer and servo motor Mode,using Simulink for parameter tuning and system simulation.Finally,the uncertainty component of the device is analyzed and verified,which indicates that the uncertainty of the final calibration device satisfies the requirement of Urel=0.03%(k=2).
