Automotive air conditioning compressor is driven directly by the engine,in order to get rid of the disadvantages of fixed displacement compressor control system intermittent cooling capacity to bring greater temperature fluctuations in the car.The energy increased by frequent start of the system,variable displacement swash-plate type compressors came into being and gradually replace the fixed displacement compressor,become the main automotive air conditioning market.With the improvement of vibration and noise control level,the impact of compressor vibration and noise on automobile air conditioning system becomes more prominent.In this paper,the vibration noise source of variable displacement swash plate type automobile air conditioning compressor under different working conditions is tested and analyzed,and the main influencing factors of vibration and noise under various operating conditions are found out.The improvement measures are put forward and the comparison test were carried out.It is found that the clearance is the main influence factor of idling vibration noise.Considering the increase of the clearance between the compressor assembly and machining process and the piston wear caused by the later wear,the key point is the vibration and noise reflected by clearance The dynamic simulation of the compressor was analyzed by adams.It is found that with the increase of clearance and the increase of rotational speed,the vibration noise of the compressor increase.The results of the simulation and the test results is mutual verification,through high-speed simulation of the gap to analysis the vibration and noise trend of compressor,the vibration noise increases with the gap was non-Linear increase in the law which provides a reference for determining the reasonable range of piston clearance.
