During recent decades,compressor technology is developing rapidly,and its advantages of structural design and product features in mass production and wide application appear constantly. Currently scroll compressor is developed in two directions: one side, products with features of high-pressure ratio and high-power can replace traditional parallel unit, which makes air-conditioning system more simple but reliable, and decrease customers cost; on the other side, the development of low-powered scroll compressor can replace its corresponding traditional rolling piston compressor, which can meet some high-end customers' needs, especially the rapid development of low-powered variable scroll compressor market. In the meantime, along with variable compressor market's rapid development, compressor working speed adjusted from 1,000 to 7,200 turns per minute, more challenges are brought out about compressor strength and vibration design. What's more, a new refrigerant application leads compressor's vibration feature change, which is totally different from the traditional refrigerant compressor of the same power level. The scroll compressor structures will be more and more, followed with more complex and varied vibration and sound issues, thus we must sum the experiences and welcome new challenges.This thesis is based on the basic theories of scroll compressor(geometrical analysis and stress analysis) and vibration, and also imported the actual problems of Company D's H4 and M15 new generation compressor, i.e. the design is simple with compact structure, lower customer application cost, and high sales volume, but the vibration and sound are bigger. Based on those theoretical studies, this thesis analyzes and finds the root cause of the sound problem according to features of H4 and M15 compressor, by using the methods of dynamic balance test, sample verification, test Cloud Atlas, and etc., at the same time, referenced to plenty of historical test data. Then an improvement is made through manufacturing and assembly process correction, compressor dynamic balance optimization by quality substitution and step equilibration, and sympathetic vibration resolution via mode experiment. Finally combined with company own characteristics, the sound problem is solved, and meanwhile other main functions' performance kept the same levels as before.
