| Building energy consumption is one of the three significant energy consumption in China,and building electricity consumption volume is the most important part of building energy consumption.With the increasingly demand of three-star-level green office buildingsof Beijing area,building electricity consumption volumeof star-level green office building is to be concerned by the public.The main problem of Beijing area star-level green office building issince the lacking of regular guide of Beijing area office building design,resulting in higher energy consumption during the operational phase of the building.By summarizing the law ofelectricity consumption volume of three-star green office building,it will guide the design of energy-saving work in Beijing star-level green office building.The object of this study is the electricity consumption volume during operation of three-star-level green office buildings in Beijing region.By generalizing and gathering the basic information,the main energy saving measures and the electricity consumption volume operation phase,the paper summarizes the objective laws of electricity consumption volume data.Hence,there would be theoretical basis for reducing electricity consumption volume during operation phase in three-star-level green office buildings in Beijing region.There are six qualified projects for this study: Beijing Petroleum Building,The National People’s Congress Office Building,AsiaInfo Co-Innovation R&D Center in Beijing,International Environmental Conventions Performance Building,Visionbanck Information Building,Green-id Environmental Protection Scientific Research Building.The concrete research content is as statement in following parameters.Firstly,the maindata of operational phaseenergy consumption law,including the total energy consumption andconstitutionin operational phase,the monthly energy consumption and constitutionin operational phase,electricity savings of the main technical measures.Among them,the measured data includesthe total actual electricity consumption of building,the measured electricity consumption composition proportion.Because of lacking of actually measured monthlyelectricity consumption volume and detailed time and composition of the total power consumption,it has a great influence on the study of the electricity consumption volume operation phase.Secondly,this study applied DeST simulation software and analyzed the total energy consumption andconstitutionin operational phase,the monthly energy consumption and constitutionin operational phase.By comparing with the measured data,testing the accuracy of the analog data.Finally,this paper formeda data summary table of the electricity consumption volume operation phase.According to the table,there could be data law of electricity consumption volume in three-star-level green office buildings during operation phase in Beijing region and this paper would state the instruction and inspiration for actual construction. |
