With the development and the progress of the society,people more and more high to the requirement of the quality of life.Environmental problems faced by human beings has aroused the concern of the society from all walks of life,especially in the field of shipping,the crew to work in a relatively narrow space,repeat the same work every day,good air conditions is particularly important for them.Good air environment,not only can bring mental and physical health,to the crew will make them more comforting to the crew this job.Not only that,but it is also the key to ensure the normal operation of Marine electronic equipment.So,for the operation of the air conditioning is especially important,arises at the historic moment of various turbine simulator makes the computer simulation technology has become a training a good indicator of the crew.In this paper,choose a large VLCC combined shipping as the mother ship,through the establishment of the mathematical model of each component.Using Matlab/Simulink simulation tool,the simulation model of each part to build ship air conditioning systems,based on the actual working principle and characteristics of air conditioning system in ships,in the simulation tool to simulate and verified the operation of the simulation model results and the actual running state of ship air conditioning systems are basically identical.In the process of modeling,full compliance with energy conservation and momentum conservation and mass conservation law,through the study of the mechanism analysis of system,completed the establishment of mathematical model for this system,including:compressor,condenser,expansion valve,evaporator,and the model of the air conditioner,etc.According to the first law of thermodynamics,the crew accommodation as independent thermodynamic system,therefore,the rate of change of cabin storage energy per unit time is equal to the energy into the booth with the booth of the difference of the flow of energy,according to the energy relationship,establish the mathematical model of the crew cabin temperature change.Finally,using VS2013 software development environment,in order to C#as development language,combined with WPF development technology design custom controls and graphic user interface.According to the working principle of air conditioning system,program design and writing.Make the development of software system of air conditioning system has the following functions and features:more user friendly operation interface;Clear the air conditioning system of workflow;According to different conditions of operation mode;For crew training evaluation,test systems.
