With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development ofindustrial production, the large space buildings appear more and more, such as all kindsof concert halls, stadiums, theaters and basketball halls. With the rapid development ofChina’s manufacturing industries, various types of industrial plants and other largespace buildings emerge in large numbers, the uses of air-conditioning systems of largespace buildings are becaming more and more common. Not only to meet therequirements of the process, creating a good indoor environment is also very importantfor modern technology plants, air-conditioning is the best means to achieve andmaintain these conditions. Airflow method is an important part of the air-conditioningprocess, which directly affects the indoor air-conditioning effect, which related to thetemperature, humidity base, precision and regional temperature difference, the workarea air velocity, cleanliness and comfort of the work area in the room, it must beconsidered and valued when designing air conditioning systems. Air parameters and thevents height is an important factor to affect the indoor air, the study of different airparameters and air vents hight’s effect on workspace airflow has important significance.With the development of computer hardware and software technology, numericalsimulation methods have matured, there have been commercial CFD software based onexisting fluid dynamics. Application of CFD technology to simulate the large space airconditioning system becomes possible. Air handling unit combined with humidificationequipment are able to meet the requirements of large space on the temperature andhumidity, and make the interior has a good thermal comfort.In this paper, firstly,I introduce the CFD software and the mathematical theory, it proves the feasibility of this research. A large-scale noodle production workshop ischosed as the research object, firstly, I design the plant air conditioning system, andsecondly, I use CFD software to built room model, to establish boundary conditions,through the simulations of different temperature and velocity field under differentconditions, I evaluate the thermal comfort of the airflow organization in the form ofADPI value. Through comparative analysis of the results of the evaluation, draw thebest form of air distribution and hope the conclusion is useful to similar workshop spaceand air-conditioned design rules. In this paper, I presume12kinds of workingconditions, such as the different air velocity of3.1m/s,5m/s,6m/s, different blastangles10°,20°,30°and different air height6m,8m, and finally,I find the conditionof air speed at6m/s, blast angle at30°is comparative good, the distribution of thecondition is most comfort.
