Subway has the advantages of large capacity,high speed,punctual and high security.It plays an important role in solving the transport problems,which effectively alleviates the traffic congestion on the ground.2015,Beijing subway passenger volume reached 3.25 billion.April 29,2016,the highest single day passenger volume in Beijing,reaching 13 million.Therefore,it is important to study the emergency response ability of Beijing subway during the mass passenger flow.Based on the literature,expert interviews,field research,the main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the ride process,the emergency response capacity is defined as ability to gather and evacuate passengers by their own conditions aim at mass passenger flow,and it is the sum of device pass-through response capability,platform capacity response ability and subway car transfer response capability.(2)The exit,channel,security equipment are divided into access equipment.Analysis influence factors of the emergency response ability from three perspectives.(pass-through device,platform,subway car)(3)According to the analysis results,regard the device pass-through response capability,the platform capacity response ability and the subway car transfer response capability as the first-level index,select seven targeted and quantitative second-level index,construct the evaluation index system of emergency response capacity,use AHP and entropy method to determine the index weight.(4)Through the data analysis of Beijing subway station during the evening peak period,select Xi’erqi station and Fuxingmen station as example,collect their data of pass-through device,platform and subway car.On the basis of data analysis,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate their emergency response capacity.Xi’erqi evaluation result is "medium",Fuxingmen station evaluation result is"relatively good",which coincides with the actual situation,the index system and evaluation method has been proved applicable.The index system and evaluation method can be used in the future.
