With the rapid development of economy,people demand for electricity in change at any time.In order to make the system stable running without wasting resources,two or more generators working together has been increasingly applied to the condition of the power supply.Based on the research of the characteristics of gas generator,this paper makes the overall scheme of gas generator control system of parallel operation based on CAN communication.The scheme of CAN bus communication of the control system has been designed,including the communication circuit,the communication software and the distribution of the message.And the transmission time of the whole process of message sending and returning are calculated and validated.In this paper,the theory and the control strategy of synchronization and load sharing process are analyzed.This paper gives the maximum acceptable range of the difference between voltage phase,the difference between engine speed and the difference between generator voltages to the synchronization process.The theoretical value for load distribution is given to provide the reference during the load sharing process.The trend of the engine speed and generator voltage is given to provide the reference during the unloading process.In this paper,the minimum system circuit,the voltage acquisition circuit,the current acquisition circuit,the phase acquisition circuit,the speed regulating output circuit,the voltage regulating output circuit and the actuator driving circuit are designed,and the underlying software for each circuit are wrote.This paper establishes the main function of control algorithm through the State flow,and generates the main function code by RTW.This paper completed the construction of the experimental platform,on which the controller of control system makes software and hardware joint debugging.Build test bench.on which system makes the calibration and test task.This paper adds correction coefficients to improve the voltage value precision,and the calibration curve of the voltage regulation characteristic and governor characteristic has been finished.The test of synchronization?load sharing and unloading are made manually and automatically,and then the test data between manual and automatic operation are compared.
