| China is trying to make the leap from a big agricultural country to a strong agricultural country,and the demand for the development of modern agricultural technology is getting higher and higher.As a kind of agricultural machinery widely used in production activities,tractor is at a behindhand level in the shift technology,which mainly relies on traditional manual shift.So it no longer meets the development trend of agricultural machinery modernization.This thesis will research and analyze the traditional manual shift system of tractor based on the TaiShan series manual shift tractor.Combining the theoretical basis of transmission control,it uses fuzzy control theory to optimize the design of electronic control power shift control strategy suitable for the current tractor and designs a bench and actual vehicle tests to verify the reliability and advancement of electronically controlled shift control systems and control strategies,which Realizes a simple,reliable and excellent performance of the tractor electronic control shift solution.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)It researches and analyzes the tractor transmission shift system,defines the design task and the thought of electrical shift control system and control strategy of tractor.It analyzes the type and technical characteristics of transmission shift control strategies and studies the related knowledge of tractor electronically controlled shift control system so as to solve the traditional dynamic and economical shift control strategies of tractors.Combining the actual application environment of the tractor and considering the influence of environmental factors on the tractor,it provides a fuzzy control shift strategy with the throttle rate of change and the slip rate as input parameters based on the fuzzy control theory to optimize the shift control strategy of the tractor.(2)It analyzes and builds a tractor dynamics model and tractor’s electronically controlled power shift control strategy model under MATLAB/Simulink platform with designed simulation test to verify the rationality and advancement of fuzzy control shift strategy.It uses MATLAB automatic code generation functionsand model-based Software design method,studies and designs the underlying drive needed for the shift control system software,writes and configures the files needed for the controller code generation,realize the code generation of the shift control system software so as to simplify the development process of the system software and save the development time and cost.(3)It designs a bench test,a real vehicle static test and a real vehicle dynamic test of an electronically controlled shift control system for a tractor.Compared with traditional manual gear-shift tractors,the test results show that it shortens the shift time by an average of 19.4%,reduces jerk value about 25.5% and saves 2.16% fuel consumption in the process of arable land.The reliability and advancement of mobile control system and control strategy are verified in practical application. |
