CISS thin film solar cell is determined by Cu,In,Se,S elements,and the four elements in the Earth were relatively abundant,non-toxic,and the band gap of the film were match of the sunlight.So the CISS films are suitable as a thin film solar cell absorbing material.The CISS films were prepared on FTO conductive glass.And copper sulfate,indium sulfate,sodium thiosulfate and selenium dioxide were used as the source of Cu,In,S and Se,respectively.The sodium citrate was as complexing agent.The single factor experiments were used to study the concentration of each component,the complexing agent concentration,p H,deposition potential,deposition time,the heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time for get the highst efficiency of the film.The optimal condition was as following.The concentration of Cu SO4 was 8 mmol/L;The concentration of In2S3O12 was 10mmol/L;The concentration of Na2S3O7 was 5 mmol/L;The concentration of Se O2 was 5 mmol/L;The concentration of sodium citrate was 40mmol/L;The p H was 1.7;The deposition potential was 1.6 V;The deposition time was 60min;The heat treatment temperature was 400?;The heat treatment time was 80min.The highest efficiency was 2.33×10-2%.Using the electrochemical workstation Cu,In,S,Se acidic solution was tested by cyclic voltammetry,respectively.Then the solution which contains Cu,In,S,Se and complexing agent was tested by cyclic voltammetry curves.According to the oxidation-reduction peak,the mechanism of deposition CISS films was studied.In this paper,CISS films were tested and analyzed by UV spectrophotometer,EDS,electrochemical workstation,SEM,AFM,XRD,XPS analysis test.The band gap of films was 1.49 e V that were characterized by UV spectrophotometer.By the EDS test,the films contained Cu,In,S,Se.By the SEM and AFM tests.After the heat treatment,the films became more dense and smooth.Test analysis by XRD and XPS indicated that the film contained Cu,In,S,Se four elements and the valence of four elements were determined.In this paper,the Zn S films were tested and analyzed by UV spectrophotometer,SEM,EDS,AFM and XRD.The test results showed that its band gap was 3.52 eV.After a heat treatment,the surface of the film become dense,the degree of crystallinity become higher,Zn S films had generated,and there were some other miscellaneous phase production.
