Abstract/Summary:
As plant landscape plays an important role in the campus,therefore,adjusting measures to local conditions to create a beautiful,puzzle,tong qu,lively,and comfortable campus surroundings for pupils who are in the growth stage according to the nature and cultural characteristics of the elementary school is of great importance.This paper takes the green space of10 famous primary school as the research object,and analyzes the plant landscape configuration mode in diverse functional areas by on-the-spot investigation.Using the basic principles such as the discipline of ecology,esthetics,landscape architecture etc.,deeply discusses the species composition,application frequency,quantity,structure relations,local characteristics and similarity analysis between old and new campus.At the same time,using analytic hierarchy process to analyze the comprehensive evaluation on the campus plant landscape,conclude the present situation and the characteristics of campus plant landscape,and put forward the deficiencies as well as the corresponding optimization suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There are a total of 165 species of vascular plants,belonging to 71 families,127 genera in 10 primary schools.The ratio of species among tree,shrub,herb,vine and aquatic plants is 61:56:21:17:5.The application species of native plants is less than one third of that in Nanjing,leading to a low utilization of native plant resources.The High frequency use of common greening species makes each school similar to each other,reducing the campus identification to some extent.The survey shows that the similarity ratio among primary schools ranges from 10%to 40%,which means the similarity ratio of overall plant materials is relatively low,and the use of some low-frequency species makes each campus has its own plant landscape characteristics.2.According to the comprehensive evaluation of 10 elementary school plant landscapes,it is showed that comprehensive quality level I in terms of green space includes Xianlin Experimental Primary School,Affiliated Primary School of Nanjing Normal University,Yincheng Primary School,Lhasa Road Primary School and Changjiang-road Primary School,Garden City of Zijin Mountain Campus.It is characterized by rich plant species,varied forms,high landscape aesthetic degree.What’s more,it can fully meet the functional,humanism,safety,allegoric and interesting requirements according to children’s physiological and psychological scale as well as interest points.3.In view of the problems appeared such as space constraints,loss of cultural connotation,lack of humanization design,existence of potential safety hazard etc.,respectively put forward proposals like space constraints breakthrough,comprehensive utilization and optimization strategies with a focus on campus humanized design and cultural connotation,strengthening maintenance management,avoiding a single,instant green space landscape according to current situation of the old and new campus.Through the research and analysis in this paper,I hope to throw away a brick in order to get a gem for the construction of the plant landscape in elementary school campus and build a new platform for the in-depth study in the future.
