Mower is a small agricultural machinery widely used in agriculture,animal husbandry,orchard cultivation and other industries.The transmission mode of the lawn mower determines its driving force and work efficiency,so the transmission mode of the lawn mower has always been a difficult point in the design of the lawn mower.In the harsh working environment of mountain,the driving force of the lawn mower is more demanding.The traditional structure of a lawn mower with mechanical drive is too complex,and the electric-driven lawn mower is difficult to ensure that it has enough drive to carry the operator in mountain slopes and other environments.Therefore,the design and in-depth study of a hydrostatic drive system of mountain mowers to meet the needs of mountain people,improve work efficiency,reduce labor intensity,reduce production costs and other aspects of important significance.According to the requirements and conditions of mountain mower operation,based on the principle of load sensitivity,a hydraulically driven mountain lawn mower hydraulic system is designed,and the various components of the hydraulic system are selected,and the main hydraulic components in the system are mathematically modeled by mathematical modeling method,which provides theoretical support for the follow-up research.Then the AMESim software is used to simulate the whole machine of the mountain hydraulic lawn mower,and simulate the system characteristics of the working circuit and walking circuit of the lawn mower.Then the energy consumption of the lawn mower is analyzed under various operating conditions.The following research results are obtained:(1)According to the working conditions of the mountain lawn mower and the operating requirements,the hydraulic system of mountain lawn mower based on valve pressure compensation is designed.The dynamic analysis of the mower and the selection of the main hydraulic components are carried out to ensure that the hydraulic system is reasonable and the hydraulic components are economical and reliable.(2)The characteristics of the whole system of the hydraulic system of the mountain lawn mower are analyzed.On the basis of the mathematical model of the main hydraulic elements established,the system characteristics of the working circuit of the lawn mower under variable flow and load are analyzed by using AMESim software simulation,and the system characteristics of the walking circuit of the lawn mower under the conditionof of constant speed,climbing and turning light.This paper analyzes the system output characteristics of the whole system under the worst operating conditions,and finally analyzes the influence of damping holes in load-sensitive pumps on the system output characteristics.The simulation results show that the mountain mower has strong antijamming ability,each actuator can work independently without interference,and reflects the good anti-flow saturation ability.(3)The energy consumption of mountain lawn mowers in various operating conditions was analyzed.Using AMESim software,the mountain mower simulates the energy consumption and efficiency of the whole machine under different operating conditions when performing single action and compound action,and the simulation experiment results show that the efficiency of the mountain mower using the load sensitivity principle is higher than that of the traditional hydraulic system,and the whole machine design is reasonable.
