The ship crane is mainly used for the preparation of lifting heavy weights,etc.But the working condition of the ship crane is very complex,in order to make the ship crane work more stable,lifting weights are more accurate and stable,the main work of this paper is to design the hydraulic drive system for the marine crane swing type anti sway system.Compared with the mechanical control system,the hydraulic system has many advantages of flexible layout,simple structure,light weight,stable operation,convenient operation and so on.But now,there is not much use of hydraulic system on the anti-swing device of marine crane,so the constant tension hydraulic system designed in this paper is still of great significance.Based on the laboratory project,the ship crane of the buoy ship as the main object of study,design the hydraulic system and simulation analysis.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,investigation and collection the information of the ship crane and constant tension hydraulic system designing,understanding of the domestic and foreign ship crane and the constant tension hydraulic system development present situation,according to characteristics of the ship crane and anti-swing of the specific requirements of the overall design of the program;Secondly,according to the working condition of the anti-swing system,the static analysis of the anti-sway system when the system is working.According to the requirements of the working situations of the crane,choose the suitable to meet the requirements,and then design of the constant tension hydraulic control system.Thirdly,according to the required load of the system,calculated of the main components of the hydraulic control system,and selected the hydraulic components of the system.Fourthly,according to the hydraulic control system,the mathematical model of constant tension control system is established,and the dynamic characteristics of anti-sway system are analyzed.Fifthly,simulated the anti-swing hydraulic system by using the AMESim software and analysed the hydraulic system anti-swing curve,so as to analyze the ship crane disc anti shake hydraulic system control.
