Hydraulic pump as the power element of the whole system is widely used inengineering machinery. With the rapid development of hydraulic equipment andhydraulic pump, the pump performance requirements are also increasing, more andmore mufti pump parallel system is increasingly applied to a variety of large flowhydraulic system. Because the pressure pulsation and the flow pulsation existence in thework process. When the pump plurality parallel, the system will be affected by starttime and the work load etc,and will appear the pressure pulsation and the pulsation ofthe flow rate rapidly increased or superposition state, the pressure pulsation has a greatinfluence on the performance of the work system. Due to the flow pulsation is thesource of pressure pulsation generated, this paper focuses on the research of multi pumpparallel system of flow pulsation and pressure pulsation, analysis the reasons for theformation and methods to reduce pulsation and get the method to reduce the pulsationof the parallel connection pump.Swash plate axial piston pump was taken as the research object, the flow andpressure of the pump as the analysis background, established the mathematical model offlow characteristics for plunger pump. Research the effect of elastic modulus of oil andthrottle coefficient on the pump, the trend of pump parallel hydraulic system flowpulsation and pressure pulsation was researched in this condition, lag angle betweenpumps were analyses. The power bond graph modeling method was used to establisheach element in the group and pumps group throughout the four pumps in parallel, thestate equations are derived by the bond graph model of hydraulic system. The swashplate axial piston pump and parallel pumps is simulated to obtain the pressure and flowcurves using the AMESim simulation software, the comparison of different angle ofinclination of the inclined disc and under different pressure of pressure and flow changecurve, at the same time for different lag angle of parallel connection pump simulation,verify its correctness and feasibility.
