As China’s industrialization and accelerated process of modernization, especially in recent years, increased investment in infrastructure, especially the growing of transportation, water transportation industry, river management range within the crossing, crossing dike, Linhe and other buildings, thesebuildings to play its role at the same time also have some impact on flood prevention function. According to the basic condition, the of the river’s flood prevention and flood control requirements, flood protection projects and the layouts of the river improvement projects, along with the distribution and evolution of rivers, assessment calculation of flood control or test results, this paper evaluated the impact of flood control projects comprehensively. The conclusion is helpful in mitigating and lowering adverse effects, and safeguarding the legitimate right and interest of the management when new projects are established.This paper evaluated Mayandong hydropower station impact on Yujiang flood control. The main contents are as follows:According to the condition of the construction project, River flood geology, geomorphology of the river channel, the composition of the bed rock river topographic data analysis, forecasting river regime change in trend analysis of fluvial; through the establishment of one-dimensional mathematical model, the projected hydropower station where the river natural state of the Mayandong hydropower station and power plant construction under the river the water line; analysis of construction projects that may arise backwater of the river’s flood impact analysis and appraisal; combination of existing research results, supplemented by the necessary analysis and calculation, and analysis after the construction project is the construction of the reservoir area and dam site downstream reaches of scour and siltation trends; the last comprehensive analysis of power station construction on flood control and river regime, a comprehensive evaluation of comments and suggestions.The main achievement of this paper is:The design flow and water lever under different standards of design flood; river evolution analysis; comprehensive evaluation that the bridge impact on flood control of dike; adaptability analysis of the existing flood prevention standards.
