Research On Industrial Building Design Strategy Based On System Theory

Since the 21 st Century,China has entered a critical period of rapid industrial development,in which industrial building design has been widely concerned.At present,China's industrial building design has made a lot of progress,but also confronted with some problems.Industrial building design,a multi-structure and multi-level organic whole,involves the production process,raw materials and product transportation,architectural design and many other aspects,covering a wide range.Due to the nature of comprehensiveness,diversity and complexity of the industrial buildings design,it should be guided by systematic scientific methodology.The system can provide a clear view for the plight of industrial building design,and cobwebs from the layers of chaos,grasp the key industrial building design,the architectural design industry strategy based on system theory.The system theory can provide a clear view for the plight of industrial building design and probe into the layers of the current phenomenon,thus grasping the key of industrial building design and putting forward the industrial architecture design strategy based on system theory.First of all,this paper introduces the related concept and background of system theory and industrial building.System theory is the science of research elements,structure,function and environment,and has the particular system characteristics and principles,and system task and significance.In addition,the paper summarizes the achievements and problems in the development of industrial buildings.The typical problems include:(1)industrial construction market is disrupted.(2)industrial architecture is not coordinated with the city development.(3)industrial architecture design lags behind.(4)the utilization efficiency of industrial buildings is not high.Secondly,establish and analyze the research framework of industrial architecture design.The paper analyzes the levels of industrial architectural design system to determine the composed factors,structure,function and environment,thus building a foundation for the research of industrial architecture design strategy based on system theory.Thirdly,it conducts research on the characteristics of industrial architecture design system and put forward strategies for the industrial architecture design based on system theory.First,optimize the “system structure”,pay attention to the construction planning and improve the utilization efficiency of industrial buildings;second,systemize the “integration factor”,to be exact,industrial aesthetics to enhance the artistry of industrial architecture design;third,optimize “system” and “environment”.Focus on the relationship between industrial architecture and city.Last,according to the current construction condition and existing problems in the Tuanfeng Economic Development Zone,the paper use it as a case and put forward integrated design strategy for this zone to exercise the industrial architecture design strategy base on system theory mentioned above.
