Research On The Design Project Management Of Beijing Metro Line XX Based On BIM

With the continuous improvement of economic level,the pressure of transportation is increasing,and the urban problems are becoming more and more serious.The problems such as traffic congestion,environmental pollution and energy crisis are becoming more and more serious.In this situation,to promote the construction of subway has become the vast majority of cities to solve the traffic problem is the inevitable choice.Subway project investment is huge,construction period is long,construction difficulty is big.The design and management of traditional metro projects based on 2D drawings have been exposed to more and more limitations.They have not met the actual needs of subway construction and operation,and it is urgent to introduce new design management methods.Therefore,in Beijing,a new round of subway construction tide has come today,the subway project construction needs BIM this new technology,especially in the design process needs more of this technology.Subway construction process,the design process is one of the most complex work,but also to ensure the overall quality of the subway project the cornerstone of the impact of future operations of the security and effectiveness.In this paper,the basic concept of the concept of design management related to the concept and theoretical knowledge;BIM technology for the characteristics of the theoretical research and analysis.By comparing the technical characteristics of different companies to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each product,and ultimately determine a platform for the Metro Line XX project software foundation.The existing design management model of Metro Line XX is introduced,and the problems caused by the existing design management mode and the reasons are analyzed.This paper introduces the content of BIM-based design project management,such as work plan and process,design personnel management,and analyzes the information management model based on BIM.Combined with the actual subway project,proposed for the subway design phase of the modeling management,and give the relevant content of specific explanations.The paper analyzes the actual situation of the subway line XX,analyzes and studies several aspects such as drawing quality management,professional interface management and engineering quantity management of the project based on BIM,and comprehensively improves the management level and quality level of the whole project.This paper provides some valuable suggestions and suggestions for the application of BIM technology in the new projects of Beijing subway which are in the design stage or will be designed.
